Rate Plan

rHi. This is Karen from North-South Cellular. We’ve noticed that if you’d been on the Big Talk rate plan you’d have saved $60 last month. Would you like me to switch you over from your current Quick n Easy rate plan to Big Talk, Sir? But what if my pattern’s different next month, and my current rate plan would be cheaper? Oh, no problem sir. We’ll call you and advise you to switch back to Quick n Easy. You really can’t lose. (Sigh.)
